Description
Natural Methods to Beat Springtime Allergies (hay fever/allergic rhinitis)
Do you suffer in misery with seasonal allergies ? Does the thought of a countryside walk fill you with dread ? Hay fever or allergic rhinitis is no fun. Come and join this half-day workshop to learn natural methods to beat springtime allergies.
Have you tried over the counter remedies with little success ? Treatment with natural remedies can be a hit or a miss when you go it alone. The most obvious downside being you have spent a small fortune with little or no benefit.
No two people would present with exactly the same symptoms or trigger(s) and so, no two people can be treated the same way. We are all individual. As a Medical Herbalist, Clinical Aromatherapist and Vodder MLD practitioner, I have years of experience working successfully in this area.
Natural Methods to Beat Springtime Allergies Workshop
During the workshop, we will look at various natural methods for hay fever including herbs and essential oils. We will look at the mode of action of various rhinitis symptoms. In this way, we will work together to determine the best line of treatment for each participant as an individual. Everyone is different and no two people will have exactly the same set of symptoms. Each participant will have the opportunity to try out some natural remedies on the day.
Furthermore, each participant shall receive a mini-treatment during the course of the session. Finally, you will end the day with a remedy to take away. Due to the nature of this workshop, booking is limited.
Price is per person for half-day. Price includes handouts, any herbs, essential oils and other materials used during the session, a mini treatment and at least one product to take away at the end of the day.
