    With an interest in complementary therapies, I was looking for an initial beginner’s course to learn more about essential oils for my own personal health and wellbeing. The Winter Wellness course that Nicole provides is a comprehensive guide to some of the better-known oils and is delivered in a way that doesn’t overwhelm you and gives clear information of origins of each selected oil together with their benefits and most importantly, how to use and not use them. Who knew there were so many different types of lavender! I will be keeping an eye out now to make sure I buy the right one. The videos were very helpful, and I love the recipes, especially the one for sinusitis. I look forward to trying out all the recipes – no need to wait for Winter.
